放射線療法の一種で、標準の放射線療法よりも少ない線量を多くの頻度で照射するもので、治療コース全体を比較的少ない副作用で済ませることができる。多分割照射では、個々の照射は標準（1日1回）よりも短い間隔で行われる。「hyperfractionated radiation therapy（多分割放射線療法）」、「superfractionated radiation therapy（超分割放射線療法）」とも呼ばれる。
