AFP。正常でも胎児の体内で作られている蛋白。普通AFPは、健康な成人男性と成人女性（妊娠中ではない）の血液中では検出されない。AFP濃度が高くなっている場合は、原発性肝がんか胚細胞腫瘍の存在が疑われる。「AFP」とも呼ばれる。
