【原文】durable power of attorney
DPA。個人の法律的、財政的決定権を他の人（親戚、弁護士、友人など）に委任する事を明記した書類。この書類は、記載された内容に従って、直ちに効力を発揮する場合もあれば、独力での判断が不可能な状態になったときに有効となる場合もある。「DPA」、「power of attorney（委任状）」とも呼ばれる。
