DCIS。乳管内上皮に異常細胞が認められる非浸潤性の状態。異常細胞は乳管以外の乳房の別の組織へは拡がっていない。症例の中には、非浸潤性乳管がんが浸潤性のがんとなり、他の組織に拡がる場合もあるが、どの病変が浸潤性になるのかを予測する方法は現時点では知られていない。「intraductal carcinoma（乳管内がん）」とも呼ばれる。
