胃と上部腸管の運動性（運動や収縮の強さ）を増大させる薬物。一部の胃症状や、化学療法が原因の吐き気や嘔吐の治療に用いられる。制吐薬、motility agentと呼ばれる薬物の種類に属する。「Reglan（レグラン）」とも呼ばれる。
