X線連続撮影（CTスキャンという）を行い、得られた結腸の内表面の画像を高性能コンピュータを使って2次元および3次元に再構築する研究中の結腸検査法。画像の保存、より見やすい角度への操作、検査後の画像再現が可能で、数年後に再現することもできる。「computed tomography colography（CTコログラフィ）」とも呼ばれる。
